1/2 | cup | canola oil | |

1/2 | cup | apple cider vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | chopped fresh marjoram | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | chopped fresh thyme | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | chopped fresh sage | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper | |
|
|||
1 | (10 pound) whole turkey, washed and patted dry | ||
|
Combine the oil, vinegar, herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.
Place the turkey in a large, plastic cooking bag.
Add marinade, close bag securely and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
