1/4 | cup | finely chopped onion | |

1/4 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | grated orange peel | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | grated lime peel | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | orange juice | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | lime juice | |
|
Place ribs in a 3 to 4- quart slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine onion, barbecue sauce, orange and lime peel, salt, orange juice and lime juice; mix well and pour over ribs.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours. Spoon sauce over ribs before serving.
