Corn on the Cob with Chili Butter

Yield: 4 servings

Directions:

In a small bowl, stir together chili powder, butter, oregano, cumin, salt and lime juice until blended. Spread butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn. Place in a microwavable dish; cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10-15 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
