Yield: Serves 4 to 6
1-1/2 | lbs. | beef shoulder for London broil | |

1/4 | cup | extra virgin olive oil | |
|
|||
3 | Tablespoons | wine vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, crushed | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning | |
|
Combine oil, vinegar, garlic and steak seasoning for marinade. Pour marinade over meat in large plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove from marinade and grill on a medium hot grill for 10 minutes. Turn and grill additional 7 to 10 minutes for medium rare or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F.
